Cake shake

Great way to use up some leftover cake - so you can have your cake, and drink it too!

Total Time 5 minutes
Servings 1 serving

Ingredients
  

  • 2 thin slices cake (about 1 cm thick)
  • 1.5 cups milk or 2 scoops ice cream chilled

Instructions
 

  • Whip up the cake and milk/icecream in a blender.
  • Serve chilled . Top with whipped cream (optional).

Notes

Also:
  • Adjust the amount of milk /icecream . This depends on the texture and flavours of your cake . Also, add sugar as needed (you probably won't)
  • Its better to use ice-cream if you are using a non frosted cake.
  • I used a dark chocolate cake that was filled with whipped cream for this.
