Mango cream
The easiest dessert with mango !
- 350 grams chopped mango pieces 2-3 large mangoes
- 200 grams or about 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 100 grams or about 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Measure out all your ingredients
Puree in your blender or food processor until smooth and thick.
Transfer into a container and chill for atleast four hours.
Serve !
This can be made 3-4 days ahead and refrigerated.
This makes about 4-5 good sized servings (about 2 .5 cups of custard). Recipe can be doubled.
Add more lime juice if your mixture tastes too sweet .
My measuring cup is 240 ml.
You can use approximate measures - 2 or 3 large mangoes, half of a 400 gram sweetened condensed milk can , half of a 200 ml coconut milk can works.
